Group Fitness
Kickboxing, Yoga and Pilates are some of the more popular group fitness classes available at LVAC. With offerings like Body Pump, Flexibility, Boot Camp, Core Storm and Spin there is a class for everyone.

LVAC Group Fitness Director, Melanie Byrne says “Happily, I’m told by our members at least once a week that our schedule of classes and teachers are the best they have ever seen.” Byrne adds, “In an effort to follow through with our promise of a great fitness experience, we endeavor to give our members and guests a combination of variety, convenience and quality.”
